ENCON is a consulting and project support practice focused on delivering practical and sustainable solutions across architecture, construction, and business strategy. We operate at the intersection of technical expertise and strategic thinking, supporting clients in complex and international environments.

Steffen Engel
Co- Founder / Consultant
M.Sc. (Dipl.-Ing.) Civil Engineering TU-Berlin
Experienced in international project environments with a focus on consultancy, project coordination, and design integration. Involved in projects across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors, including work in Southeast Asia and Europe.
Having worked on both sides of projects as designer, contractor and client representative, he combines his knowledge and expertise to guide and support international clients entering Vietnam.
Xenia Engel-Panfilova
Co-Founder / Architect
Master of Architecture & PhD cand. and University Lecturer.
Specialized in architecture, city planning, interior design and having a strong research focus she has always been at the forefront of developing and foreseeing visionary architectural design concepts. In the early 2010 she introduced the concept of “City Identification” in her Masters thesis, which was picked up and developed further by ETH Zurich.
Clients appreciate her holistic approach and functional designs that contributes to their project success. As a long term lecturer at University of Architecture HCMC and Novosibirsk she has prepared and formed many young Architects. In ENCON she is creating convincing Concept designs and supports the further design development.
